We manage the enquiry towards an agreed resolution, from the fault description and documents to the next steps under the applicable warranty terms.
Spare parts
We establish the requirements using the model and equipment details. Selection, package contents and supply terms are agreed with the manufacturer.
On-site work
We arrange installation and commissioning support within the agreed scope. Work requirements, specialist involvement and the schedule are defined in advance.

Who manufactures the equipment and manages the order?
SWAM is the manufacturer. VERTICAL receives your enquiry and coordinates technical selection with the factory, supply and agreed support. VERTICAL remains your contact for the order.
What is needed for initial selection?
A process description or technical brief, the medium, known flow and pressure values, site conditions and target dates. If some parameters are not yet known, send what you have and we will clarify the next steps.
Can we enquire without choosing a model?
Yes. Start with the task: the process to be supported, known parameters and required supply scope. Equipment suitability and configuration are confirmed after technical review.
How are service and warranty enquiries handled?
Contact VERTICAL. We collect the necessary information, involve the manufacturer and agree the actions. Warranty support follows the supply terms; service scope and schedules are agreed according to the equipment and the nature of the enquiry.
Can we discuss equipment and steel structures together?
Yes. Send a combined enquiry and specify both business areas. We will review the equipment and required structures separately, coordinate loads, interfaces and work boundaries, and confirm the final project scope.
