Data handling for enquiries

This page explains how the current enquiry form works and how to contact VERTICAL LLC about your data.

Who receives your enquiry

The enquiry operator is VERTICAL LLC (ООО «ВЕРТИКАЛЬ»), Russian tax ID 7802951765, registration number 1247800034954. Data enquiries: info@vertical-rus.ru.

Information you provide

Company, contact name, Russian INN or international tax identification number, email address, optional phone number, client region, business area, project details, equipment parameters provided and documents. Please do not include passport details or unnecessary personal information.

How this form works

After you give consent and select “Send enquiry”, the form fields and chosen files are transmitted over HTTPS to the website server hosted by Timeweb. The handler prepares an email and hands it to the mail system for sending to info@vertical-rus.ru. A confirmation with a reference means that the email was accepted for sending, not that inbox delivery has been confirmed.

Purpose

Responding to your enquiry, clarifying project requirements, preparing a quotation and related business correspondence. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Enquiry recipient

All enquiries and attachments are sent to info@vertical-rus.ru regardless of client region, page language or the choice of steel structures or equipment. This is our main company email; you can also contact us there directly.

Storage and technical information

Enquiry details and attachments are processed by the website server and mail system, then retained in the recipient’s business correspondence. The handler does not create a separate database of enquiry text; temporary upload files are removed after processing. The hosting and mail providers may also process technical connection information. This website does not save form fields in localStorage. Submissions are protected using technical records without enquiry text or attachments and a cookie containing a random identifier that lasts up to two hours. No advertising trackers or external form services are connected.

If sending is not confirmed

The website may prepare a backup message in your browser. It is not sent automatically: you can copy it, open it in your email application or save an .eml file with attachments. A file is saved only when you choose to save it. If the sending result is uncertain, contact us first to avoid sending a duplicate.

Your requests

For questions, corrections or requests to stop processing, email info@vertical-rus.ru with the subject “Personal data”. Business correspondence is retained for the purpose of the enquiry and applicable record-keeping obligations.
